Oncology Field Medical Director, Malignant Hematology (Remote – Field Based, Florida)

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute medical strategy and compliant engagement for assigned customers/territory.
- Maintain expertise in therapeutic area/disease states and Pfizer medicines; provide TA/product information to stakeholders.
- Serve as a resource for Medical Information and customer insights; respond to HCP requests per Pfizer guidance.
- Support Medical Affairs content strategy and execute aligned Field Medical tactics.
- Communicate expertise across multiple channels (live/virtual, written, telephone/virtual).
- Deliver approved medical content and identify/sought medical engagement from priority customer segments.
- Field inbound HCP queries via triage; support Investigator Sponsored Research (ISR).
- Partner with global teams to identify clinical trial sites, including under-represented patient populations.
- Provide study design/data analysis/interpretation communication; offer asset leadership.
- Engage patient advocacy groups, deliver local insights, serve on cross-functional committees.
- Represent Medical Affairs with professionalism; provide mentorship; participate in special projects.

Basic Qualifications
- MD or DO required.
- 4+ years relevant experience.
- Recognized SME; strong leadership, oral/written communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Malignant Hematology expertise; prior Field Medical experience; knowledge of SOPs/rules/regulations.

Travel/Requirements
- Travel 60–80%; operate company car; weekends occasionally.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Base salary: $230,900–$384,800; bonus target 25% of base; eligibility for long-term incentive; 401(k) match, paid time off, caregiver/parental and medical leave, and medical/dental/vision coverage.
