Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute medical strategy/engagement for assigned customers in territory (Dallas regional TX, AK, OK, NM, LA) compliantly.
- Provide therapeutic area/product expertise (thoracic oncology and pipeline), including TA/disease state knowledge to internal/external stakeholders.
- Serve as conduit for Medical Information and customer insights; respond to HCP unsolicited requests per Pfizer guidance.
- Align with Medical Affairs priorities to develop/execute Field Medical tactics.
- Deliver approved medical content across live/virtual/written/phone channels; optimize patient centricity (health literacy/cultural awareness).
- Seek engagement from priority customer segments; field inbound HCP queries via triage.
- Partner with Global Medical Affairs, Oncology R&D, and GPD to identify clinical trial sites; support Investigator Sponsored Research (ISR).
- Provide asset leadership; understand study design/methodology/data interpretation and communicate with customers.
- Communicate with patient advocacy groups; deliver insights on patient org capabilities/needs; serve on cross-functional committees; represent Medical Affairs at professional associations.
- Mentorship (onboarding, advisory boards, study lead mentor) and participate in special projects.

Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor’s in health science.
- Experience: PharmD/PhD (6 yrs) OR MBA/MSc (8 yrs) OR BA/BSc (10 yrs).
- Subject matter expert; remote project management with prioritization/judgment; matrix team leadership; change agility; digital adoption; travel flexibility.

Preferred:
- PharmD/PhD or equivalent terminal degree; Field Medical experience; knowledge of SOPs/rules; excellent oral/written communication; leadership/teamwork.

Travel/Work Requirements:
- Operate company car; fly regularly; travel 60–80%; occasional weekend work.

Compensation:
- Base salary: $176,600–$294,300; bonus target 20%; eligible for long-term incentive; comprehensive benefits (401(k), paid time off, caregiver/medical leave, medical/dental/vision).
