Role: Oncology Clinical Educator focusing on solid tumors, responsible for delivering disease state and treatment education to non-physician healthcare teams, including nurses, nurse navigators, pharmacists, and advanced practice providers, within a defined geographic territory. Responsibilities: develop and execute strategic educational plans based on account insights, build relationships with PCTs, educate on disease management and J&J Oncology products, support patient and advocacy group education, and represent the company at clinical meetings. Collaborate internally across sales, medical, and marketing functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; RN license or Advanced Practice degree (e.g., MSN, Nurse Practitioner); active oncology certifications (OCN/AOCN/AOCNS/AOCNP); 8+ years of healthcare experience, including 2+ years in oncology clinical or educational roles; excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills; strong analytical ability to interpret clinical data; proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word; willing to travel approximately 70%. Preferred: experience with patient education initiatives and biologics or new product launches. High-Value: Focus on oncology (solid tumors), with emphasis on disease education, clinical data navigation, and strategic territory management. Work setup: field-based role across selected US regions with significant travel.
