Position Summary:
The Oncology Case Manager manages and grows business with existing customers within an assigned territory, overseeing customer relationships end-to-end from order initiation through delivery of the laboratory report.

Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal/external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer support and satisfaction.
- Execute customer retention strategies; maintain and grow existing accounts.
- Build and maintain value-based relationships to drive increased product/service utilization.
- Maintain frequent communication with teams, Customer Support, and Commercial Leadership (feedback, success stories, challenges, best practices).
- Document customer interactions, updates, and value-based activities in the CRM.
- Maintain working knowledge of products, services, technology platforms, reimbursement/billing processes, and molecular profiling solutions.
- Communicate with key account stakeholders and escalate issues impacting customer satisfaction.
- Maintain assigned company equipment and assets.
- Submit required reports/documentation accurately and on time.
- Meet or exceed performance goals; support meetings, conferences, and trade shows as needed.
- Assist physicians with ordering and interpretation of the CMI platform, including QC report accuracy (requires access to PHI).
- Maintain primary focus on case management.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of account management or customer-facing experience.
- Strong problem-solving/decision-making; knowledge of clinic-based business practices.
- Ability to learn proprietary software; excellent written/verbal communication.
- Strong organizational/interpersonal/collaboration skills.
- Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation.
- Successful completion of pre-employment requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in pharma, medical device, or diagnostics.
- Oncology experience.

Additional Information:
- Periodic travel required (including possible evenings, weekends, or holidays).
