Position Summary
The Oncology Case Manager maintains and grows business with existing customers within an assigned territory, managing customer relationships end-to-end from order initiation through delivery of the laboratory report.

Job Responsibilities
- Partner with internal/external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer support and satisfaction.
- Execute customer retention strategies; build value-based relationships and increase utilization.
- Maintain frequent communication to share feedback, success stories, challenges, and best practices.
- Document interactions and value-based activities in the CRM.
- Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology platforms, reimbursement/billing, and molecular profiling solutions.
- Communicate with key account stakeholders and escalate issues affecting customer satisfaction.
- Maintain assigned equipment/assets; submit reports/documentation on time.
- Meet or exceed performance goals; support meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
- Assist physicians with ordering and interpreting the CMI platform (including QC report accuracy; access to PHI).
- Maintain a primary focus on case management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 3+ years account management or customer-facing experience.
- Problem-solving/decision-making; understanding of clinic-based business practices.
- Ability to learn proprietary software; excellent written/verbal communication.
- Strong organization, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation.
- Successful completion of pre-employment requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pharma, medical device, or diagnostics; oncology experience.

Additional/Physical
- Sit/stand for extended periods; lift routine office materials; periodic travel (may include evenings/weekends/holidays).
