Oncology Activation Lead (Individual Contributor)
Responsibilities:
- Translate Brand needs into Global Capability Product plans/roadmaps within BOA.
- Serve as link between Oncology Franchise and Global Capability Product team; ensure business needs are communicated and capabilities adopted with measurable value.
- Develop activation plans, assess skill gaps, measure success outcomes, and adjust for adoption.
- Represent Oncology Franchise to Global Capability Product teams; partner on discovery, roadmap planning, and solution design; monitor and share impact metrics.
- Embed and rollout new Global Capability Products across Oncology ways of working (e.g., CRM enhancements, dashboards, chatbots, Next Best Action, AI-enabled tools).
- Lead change management and training with Field Activators for Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs; drive mindset/behavior change and adoption.
- Support Omnichannel Orchestration execution (planning, alignment, impact measurement) for personal and non-personal engagement.
Required/Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing and/or field roles (strongly preferred).
- Translate business needs into technical requirements/design.
- Deep understanding of CRM (sales/service/marketing) and adjacent platforms (journey orchestration, marketing automation, digital engagement).
- Drive process change and enterprise rollouts (including pilots and success criteria).
- Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years in Marketing, Omnichannel, or Activation roles.
- Understanding of Product Operating Model and agile methods; organizational change management experience.
- Analyze adoption/utilization/performance data; exceptional communication/storytelling.
