The Oncology Activation Lead (individual contributor) translates Brand needs into Global Capability Product plans/roadmaps within BOA, partnering with Oncology Franchise and BOA/Customer Experience Product Owners. Attends Franchise Leadership Team meetings as needed and embeds new/existing Global Capability Products into field teams across Marketing & Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs.
Responsibilities:
- Link Franchise and Global Capability Product Team; communicate business needs, ensure effective development/adoption, and deliver measurable value
- Develop activation plans; assess skill gaps; measure outcomes and adjust for adoption
- Represent Oncology Franchise to Global Capability Product Teams; accelerate discovery/roadmap/solution design; track impact metrics and provide insights
- Embed new Global Capability Products: lead rollouts (e.g., CRM enhancements, dashboards, chatbot, Next Best Action, AI tools); drive change management/training with Field Activators; shape mindset/behavior change for measurable impact
- Support omnichannel orchestration execution (planning/alignment/impact measurement) for personal/non-personal engagement
Technical skills (required/preferred):
- Marketing and/or field experience strongly preferred
- Translate business needs into technical requirements/design
- Deep understanding of CRM and adjacent platforms (journey orchestration, marketing automation, digital engagement)
- Experience driving process change; running pilots and enterprise rollouts with success criteria and change management
Compensation/benefits (US candidates only, if applicable): base pay range $188,672β$283,008; may be eligible for discretionary bonus/incentive and equity; medical/dental/vision, 401(k), flexible paid vacation.
