The Oncology Account Manager builds and maintains strong professional relationships with key customers and stakeholders in private practice, medical group practices, hospitals/academic medical centers, and ancillary staff involved in the care of cancer patients. Provides approved disease and product information and resources to key decision makers within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities
- Support Genmabโ€™s Oncology portfolio in the U.S. marketplace.
- Meet/exceed territory sales goals by positioning product benefits for appropriate patients.
- Create and execute robust territory business plans centered on performance.
- Manage engagements across virtual/in-person settings based on account communication preferences.
- Analyze market data and convert insights into business planning.
- Build long-term customer relationships and deliver value-based solutions.
- Communicate brand value across digital/live channels; represent brands professionally and compliantly.
- Demonstrate expertise in disease states and reimbursement/fulfillment pathways for injectable medications.
- Manage territory resources and budget; comply with applicable laws/regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (accredited institution) required.
- 4+ years in sales, marketing, or clinical (pharmaceutical/biotech/rare disease/patient care) required.
- 4+ years Oncology sales/account management success; preferred for Senior Oncology Account Manager.
- Oncology launch experience preferred.
- Strong account management, selling, business analytics, and relationship-building.
- Ability to work in matrix teams; self-driven.
- Proficient: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Veeva, etc.
- Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills; strong ethics and compliance alignment.
