Position Summary:
Manage a defined territory in Minneapolis North to build trusted partnerships with oncology care teams, create and execute territory business plans to improve patient access, and deliver measurable results. Collaborate with medical affairs, market access, and commercial operations to support patient-centered outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with oncologists, specialty pharmacists, nurse navigators, and institutional accounts across Minneapolis North.
- Create and execute clear territory business plans aligned with broader commercial goals.
- Identify key prescribers and accounts and apply resources to support their needs and priorities.
- Work with cross-functional partners to improve patient access and ensure timely availability of therapies.
- Use customer insights and data to prioritize actions, set goals, and measure performance.
- Support launches and local promotional activities through coordinated, compliant field programs.
Basic Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelorโs degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical, biologic, specialty sales, or clinical oncology experience with direct physician or institutional engagement.
- Valid driverโs license; ability to drive within the assigned territory (essential function).
- Residence within the assigned territory in Minneapolis North; relocation assistance not provided.
- Ability to travel within the territory and occasionally beyond (including overnight stays); up to 30โ50% depending on territory needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trusted relationships and influence without authority.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years oncology or specialty sales experience; health system or institutional account experience preferred.
- Experience with hematology or solid tumor therapies.
- Infusion product experience.
- Familiarity with specialty pharmacy, payer engagement, or account-based strategies.
- Proven ability to create and deliver territory plans and meet measurable targets.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
Work Arrangement:
Field-based; primarily on-site in the assigned territory with regular travel within Minneapolis North and occasional travel outside the territory. Hybrid field-based role with periodic virtual or office-based collaboration.
