Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance by identifying key opportunities and developing strategic business plans to generate product utilization and grow territory business.
- Deliver clinically focused messages that grow revenue and meet product goals related to the approved indication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with target physicians, non-physician HCPs, and office/hospital staff across the patient care continuum.
- Conduct local market analysis/business planning (account profiling and influencer mapping) and develop local tactics supporting brand and corporate objectives.
- Analyze data to create and implement territory business action plans using approved sales tools.
- Identify and build relationships with new targets based on referral patterns and patient migration.
- Understand account-level decisions impacting product access; plan to support patient access (e.g., formulary placement and EMR inclusion).
- Collaborate with field partners and internal stakeholders (e.g., Market Access, Field Reimbursement, Operations, Marketing, Trade and Sales) and external stakeholders (COE decision makers, KOLs).
- Plan and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities per company policies.
- Maximize territory budget and support ethical/compliant business execution.
- Understand concepts of coding, billing, and reimbursement for HCP-administered product.

Experience & Knowledge (Qualifications):
- 7+ years biotech/pharma sales success.
- 5+ years account/territory management experience.
- Relevant Oncology or Rare Disease/Orphan Drug experience with HCP-administered products preferred.
- Successful product launch and execution experience.

Education & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
- Field-based role with at least 75% travel; must be able to fly/drive to cover assigned geography.
- Territory: Indiana and Kentucky; must live in territory.
- Live near a major airport.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Additional travel as needed.

Salary (US): $160,000–$214,000.
