Position Summary:
Manage a defined territory to build trusted partnerships with oncology care teams and improve patient access to care. Develop territory plans, use data to set measurable goals, and collaborate with medical affairs, market access, and commercial operations.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with oncologists, nurse navigators, specialty pharmacists, and institutional accounts.
- Create and execute clear territory business plans aligned to regional and national goals.
- Identify high-value prescribers and accounts and focus resources on clinical and operational priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve patient access and ensure timely therapy availability.
- Use customer insights and data to prioritize actions, set measurable goals, and track performance.
- Support launches and local field programs through coordinated, compliant activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical, biologic, specialty sales, or clinical oncology experience with direct physician or institutional engagement.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; residence within or near the assigned territory (relocation assistance not provided).
- Travel within territory and occasionally beyond; may include overnight stays (typical 30โ€“50%).

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years oncology or specialty sales (health system/institutional accounts preferred).
- Hematology/solid tumor experience; infusion therapy/complex product handling.
- Specialty pharmacy, payer engagement, or account-based strategy experience.
- Proven territory planning/measurable target achievement; strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Arkansas accounts; strong collaborator; comfortable with large geographies; strong communication/influencing without authority.

Work Arrangement:
Field-based role; driving is essential.
