Responsibilities:
- Support access to GSK Oncology products for appropriate patients.
- Educate providers on payer coverage, coding and payment policies for GSK Oncology products.
- Help providers understand GSK Patient Support Programs to support patient access.
- Interface with Payer Account Managers, Specialty Pharmacy Account Directors, and Oncology Sales teams.
- Analyze access/reimbursement issues and opportunities; provide product access/reimbursement expertise.
- Provide access/reimbursement education to field teams.
- Coordinate access/reimbursement issues with third parties (including hubs).
- Provide subject matter expertise on reimbursement barriers to patient access.
Qualifications (Basic):
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years’ experience in Field Reimbursement, Payer Marketing, and/or Oncology Field Sales (HCP-administered or Specialty Pharmacy-provided).
- Travel up to 60% (overnights).
- Live in or within 10 miles of the territory.
- Valid driver’s license.
Qualifications (Preferred):
- MBA/MPH or advanced degree.
- 6+ years’ experience in Field Reimbursement, Oncology Field Sales, Payer Marketing, and/or Patient Support Programs.
- Oncology reimbursement experience across multiple sites of care; knowledge of payer environment and reimbursement dynamics.
- Understanding of HCPCS, CPT, ICD-10; specialty pharmacy access process.
Compensation/Benefits:
- US annual base salary range: $152,250–$253,750; annual bonus; eligibility for share-based long-term incentive; health/insurance, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
