Role & Responsibilities:
- Support access to GSK Oncology products for appropriate patients.
- Educate providers on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies related to GSK Oncology products.
- Help providers understand GSK Patient Support Programs intended to assist appropriate patients in accessing GSK Oncology medicines.
- Interface internally with Payer Account Managers, Specialty Pharmacy Account Directors, and Oncology Sales teams.
- Analyze access/reimbursement issues and opportunities.
- Provide offices product access/reimbursement expertise and education to field teams.
- Coordinate access/reimbursement issues with third parties including hubs.
- Provide subject matter expertise on reimbursement issues that may be barriers to product access.
- Reports to Director of Oncology Access & Reimbursement.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3+ years’ experience in Field Reimbursement, Payer Marketing, and/or Oncology Field Sales (HCP administered or Specialty Pharmacy provided).
- Travel up to 60% (including overnights).
- Live in or within 10 miles of the territory.
- Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA, MPH or other advanced degree.
- Live within 50 miles of a major metropolitan airport (for larger geographies).
- 6+ years’ experience in Field Reimbursement and/or Oncology Field Sales, Payer Marketing, or Patient Support Programs.
- Reimbursement experience with oral or injected/infused Oncology products across multiple sites of care.
- Knowledge of payer environment and reimbursement methodologies/policies for HCP and self-administered drugs.
- Experience building relationships, issue identification/resolution, problem-solving, and project management.
- Ability to operate independently in a matrix environment.
- Organized with excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication.
- Knowledge of provider office and hospital outpatient department reimbursement environments and account-based planning.
- Knowledge of Specialty Pharmacy access process.
- Understanding of Commercial, Medicare Parts A/B/C/D, and state Medicaid reimbursement.
- Understanding of HCPCS, CPT, and ICD-10 coding regulations.
- Experience working with HUB or reimbursement call centers to support patient access.
