Role: Pathologist specialized in Oncology and Molecular Pathology, supporting high-complexity tumor profiling at Caris Life Sciences. Responsibilities: perform detailed pathological examinations, interpret immunohistochemical and in situ hybridization tests, assess specimen adequacy, review quality control, sign out tumor profiling reports, and collaborate with peers. Additional duties include participating in QA programs, mentoring trainees, and assisting with pharma projects. Requirements: MD or DO with AP or AP/CP Board certification or eligibility; Arizona licensure or ability to obtain; strong diagnostic skills, effective communication, and proficiency in diagnostic tools and Microsoft Office. Preferred: subspecialty training in Molecular Pathology or other surgical pathology areas, with publications in IHC, ISH, or molecular genetics, especially in cancer. High-Value: oncology focus, molecular pathology expertise, tumor profiling support, on-site in Phoenix, AZ, with one weekend shift per week. WorkSetup: full-time, on-site.
