Role Summary

Omnichannel Solution Owner responsible for leading digital marketing operations, translating marketer objectives into actionable requirements, and coordinating delivery across multiple teams to launch omnichannel campaigns. Focus on quality, data management, operational excellence, and user experience within the Global Omnichannel Delivery team.

Responsibilities

  • Solution Design: Transform marketers’ objectives and desired customer experience into actionable requirements for Omnichannel Delivery Teams.
  • Represent Services to the Business: Serve as liaison with brand teams, representing Web and Campaign Orchestration Services and ensuring alignment with quality standards and metrics.
  • Technical and Feasibility Assessment: Assess feasibility and standards adherence using marketing and technology platforms; partner with IT for advanced capabilities.
  • Delivery Orchestration: Collaborate with internal and external teams to build, test, and launch multi/omnichannel campaigns; coordinate with IT owners to ensure synchronized delivery.
  • Program Partnership and Planning: Plan timelines, resource utilization, dependencies, and risk; advise on impacts of requirement changes.
  • Quality, Data, and Acceptance: Review UAT plans and enable client demos resulting in User Acceptance; manage data requests for targeting and stitching.
  • Operational Excellence and Scaling: Drive continuous improvement and scale standardized services and processes to support end-to-end excellence.
  • Focus on User Experience: Accountability for requirements, governance to meet customer experience objectives, manage risks and dependencies, drive corrective actions.
  • Process SME/Stewardship: Governance of processes in alignment with Global Excellence standards and change processes.
  • Team Enablement: Support onboarding, document SOPs, enable scalable solutions, and assist transformation projects.

Qualifications

  • Required: 7–10 years of experience in technical project management or marketing operations; high school diploma or GED. Preferred: bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
  • Collaborative and proactive in gathering information, setting up campaigns across integrated channels, and ensuring proper tracking for reporting.
  • Proactive in eliciting detailed requirements from Marketers and Strategists.
  • Client-focused with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with business partners.
  • Strong business sense for creating customer-centric omnichannel experiences.
  • Knowledge of digital channels including Websites, CRM Emails, CDPs, etc.
