Primary Job Function / Responsibilities:
- Provide call planning and prospecting support and omnichannel intelligence for regional SAM/OS teams.
- Optimize digital communication strategies to share promotional product information between in-person visits.
- Serve as the conduit between field sales and brand marketing with “voice of customer” feedback to improve omnichannel resources and pull-through.
- Design and execute HCP digital promotional campaigns (targeting, messaging journeys, analysis/measurement) and translate insights into field engagement.
- Partner with DAOR to continually optimize NPP campaign strategy; provide feedback on performance and targeting.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to inform content and strategic plans (with some supervision).
- Act as omnichannel subject matter expert; guide cross-functional partners on strategies and tactics.
- Integrate field and data-driven insights to create influence maps, target lists, and HCP profiles.
- Improve CRM utility by identifying/resolving territory contact information gaps; provide recommendations to improve CRM/omnichannel platforms and processes.

Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years total experience; 3+ years sales (or supporting sales).
- 3+ years hands-on brand & digital marketing tools and analytics (web analytics, CRM, CDP); 3+ years cross-functional strategy/leadership.
- Digital native; strong leadership and matrix influence; excellent analytical/reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Pivot Tables/advanced functions preferred); project/process management.
- Excellent written/verbal/interpersonal communication; executive presentation experience.
- Experience with medical/regulatory/legal review processes; ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and thrive in ambiguity.
- Proactively leverages AI portal; self-starter with service mindset.
