HCP Omnichannel Marketing Manager, Cabenuva (US)

Responsibilities:
- Lead content creation and execution across core HCP digital channels: brand website, email, social media, programmatic display, standard display, and SEM/SEO
- Partner with brand and cross-functional teams to align digital execution to the broader omnichannel strategy and HCP customer journey
- Manage agency partners for creative assets and digital tactical plans
- Manage materials through the Promotional Review Team (PRT) / Copy Approval process to ensure compliant and timely review of digital assets
- Foster collaboration across brand, medical, regulatory, insights/analytics, and other stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to test, learn, and iterate across digital channels to continuously improve performance and HCP experience
- Apply performance-focused campaign management: set KPIs, monitor channel metrics, and dedicate ~25–30% of time to omnichannel performance data (including marketing mix modeling and media agency data) to drive data-driven optimizations

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience; hands-on campaign execution across 2+ channels (website, email, paid social, programmatic/display, SEM/SEO)
- Experience managing external agency and media partners
- Experience managing materials through formal regulated review/approval (pharmaceutical PRT/MLR or equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing experience
- Experience in HIV, infectious disease, or specialty care
- Depth in social media strategy/execution for professional audiences
- HCP audience targeting and digital media planning experience
- Matrix experience across brand, medical, legal, and regulatory
- Strong project management; manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience with media agency-reported performance data
- MBA or advanced degree
