Off-Shift Filtrete Production Supervisor

Role: Off-Shift Production Supervisor overseeing night shift manufacturing operations at 3M's Clinton, TN site. Objectives include ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency of production, while leading continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: supervise all production functions, promote safety culture, allocate work using lean management, monitor key performance metrics, coach and develop team members, and support plant leadership and safety initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in manufacturing, or High School/GED with 5+ years experience; valid driver’s license. Preferred: 3+ years supervisory experience, experience in safety and continuous improvement projects, strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. High-value: manufacturing environment, night shift, leadership, safety emphasis, up to 5% travel, located onsite in Clinton, TN, with potential relocation support.
