Job Description 角色与职责 销售目标管理：根据公司整体战略，制定区域销售工作计划，拆解销售指标，跟进销售进度，确保区域内销售业绩，市场占有率等核心指标全面达成。 市场与客户开拓：深入了解区域医疗设备市场行情/竞品动态及客户需求等信息，挖掘潜在客户，制定针对性开拓方案。维护现有客户的长期合作关系，提升客户满意度和忠诚度； 产品推广：向客户精准讲解公司产品性能，技术优势，临床应用的关键信息。组织产品演示，学术推广，技术交流活动，配合市场部开展区域营销推广。具有独立规划，组织市场活动的能力。 渠道管理：拓展与维护区域内经销商，规范渠道运营，协同渠道伙伴完成销售任务。 基本资格 5年以上医疗设备行业销售工作经验，2年以上区域销售管理经验，熟悉区域医疗市场，拥有丰富的医疗机构客户资源。 医学，生物医学工程，市场营销，医疗设备相关专业毕业，本科及以上学历 认同公司企业文化，具备良好的职业操守与责任心，恪守行业规范。 能适应区域内经常性出差工作。 所需特性 优秀的口头和书面沟通能力。优秀的人际关系和领导能力。能够独立工作。较强的解决问题能力。 Inclusion and Diversity GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
