Job Description 私たちのお客様は、医療環境の加速度的な変化に伴い、これまで以上に高い生産性と質の高い経営が求められています。 医療機器の購買においても、お客様が、購入した資産に対して陳腐化を防ぎ、より長期的に利活用できることが求められています。 顧客セグメントや購買ニーズに応じた正しいライフサイクルビジネスの提案が強く求められています。 ODSスペシャリストは、お客様に関わる全てのステークホルダーと緊密に連携しカスタマーエクスペリエンスの向上と次回の機器リプレースまでのライフサイクルをつなぐ役割を担います。 •　担当部門のエリアリーダーと協力し、ODSビジネスの売上と利益を最適に管理回収業務を行う •　担当エリアのネットワーク接続について、契約管理の獲得、回収業務を行う •　担当エリアの移設作業についてに、エリアリーダーと協力して見積作成、契約、回収業務を行う •　担当エリアの自社機器が次回安全にリプレースされる様、使用期間における顧客満足の最大化に努める 必要スキル＜業務経験＞ ・　Excelを中心としたOffice系スキル ・　一般的な社内WEBツールを理解できる一定のITレベル ・　社内外との円滑な調整が出来るコミュニケーションスキル ・　マルチタスクを行えるスキル　　・・・・　など ・　医療機器のフィールドサービス、セールスなどの経験があれば望ましい GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
