Occupational Health Nurse

Role: Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) providing comprehensive occupational health services at Bristol Myers Squibb's Bothell, WA site, supporting up to 50% at the Seattle site. Objectives include delivering clinical care, injury and illness management, health surveillance, emergency support, and promoting health/wellness programs, ensuring compliance with occupational health regulations and policies. Responsibilities: perform clinical tasks like phlebotomy, coordinate supplies, track performance metrics, manage occupational injuries and accommodations, collaborate with OH teams and external providers, and utilize electronic medical records. Qualifications: active WA RN license, associate degree, CPR/AED certification, strong interpersonal and team skills; case management experience preferred; COHN designation or eligibility preferred. Biopharma-specific aspects: focus on occupational health within a regulated environment, supporting workforce health in a manufacturing or research setting, with emphasis on compliance, safety, and wellness initiatives. Collaboration includes working with senior managers, EHSS, and external insurance providers. Work setup: primarily onsite with routine support at another site; physical ability to lift 20 pounds and work under stress. Travel: up to 50% support at Seattle site.
