Position Summary
Coordinate new product introduction (NPI) launch activities across functions to deliver products on time, on quality, and on budget.

Responsibilities
- Lead logistics activities for pharmaceutical/consumer new product launches (transfers-in, line extensions, in-license deals).
- Manage logistics project management for new business projects, including development and clinical trial supplies.
- Coordinate logistics from launch planning initiation through completion of wave 1 and wave 2 launches.
- Prepare launch scenarios with stakeholders to align wave 1 market timelines.
- Serve as logistics point of contact for specified launches; communicate launch readiness.
- Ensure GMP, Quality, EHS, commercial risk, and regulatory requirements are applied.
- Coordinate logistics launch activities for revenue- and medically-critical products.
- Manage global market launches and support franchise main markets and subsequent wave 1/wave 2.
- Coordinate cross-functional, multi-level project teams; develop and deliver logistics launch plans and updates.
- Build stakeholder relationships; communicate launch progress/issues with Commercial and third parties as appropriate.
- Lead logistics for defined NPIs (schedule development/clinical trial batches in SAP; provide GMM data for item code setup).
- Manage clinical trial order book with off-site R&D; participate in key planning forums.

Required Qualifications
- Associate degree (life sciences, engineering, supply chain, business, or related) or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years in product launches, project coordination, or program management in manufacturing/regulated industries.
- Logistics scheduling/planning/material management experience; SAP Modules experience.
- Experience with product and packaging launch processes.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; strong organization/timeline tracking; English communication; office tools + project/ERP systems.
- Cross-functional experience; attention to detail; end-to-end NPI knowledge.
- Pharma/biotech/med device launch experience; GMP and regulatory submission knowledge.
- SAP/ERP + data management; project management training (e.g., PMP/Prince2).
- Risk management/CAPA experience; influence stakeholders without authority.
