Operations
Role: NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer leading product launch activities, translating customer designs into manufacturing processes. Responsibilities: review and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and specifications; develop manufacturing processes, BOMs, and routing; evaluate designs for manufacturability; support prototype and pre-production builds; troubleshoot technical issues; perform First Article Inspections and coordinate customer documentation; collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service; track project milestones, communicate risks, and support continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Engineering; 1-5 years in manufacturing engineering or related field; strong mechanical aptitude, CAD proficiency, knowledge of GD&T, and machining processes; effective communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work onsite in Warrensville Heights, Ohio. Preferred: Mechanical Engineering degree; experience in regulated manufacturing environments such as aerospace, medical devices, or automotive; familiarity with First Article Inspection, lean methodologies, and customer interactions.
