Non-Human Identity and Cloud IAM – Platform Lead

Role: Lead the enterprise Non-Human Identity (NHI) and Cloud IAM strategy within AbbVie's Security & Risk Management team, focusing on managing machine identities, AI agent governance, and cloud access controls. Responsibilities: define and implement a centralized NHI program covering service accounts, APIs, bots, and AI agents; ensure integration of AI and cloud platforms with IAM; establish governance standards for credentials, authentication, and activity monitoring; drive automation and modernization of identity tools; and ensure compliance with regulations (SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS). Collaborate with AI, cloud, security, and business units; set KPIs and maturity metrics; and oversee vendor and team management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years’ experience or relevant expertise; extensive hands-on experience with non-human identity management, cloud IAM frameworks (AWS IAM, Azure Entra ID, GCP IAM), secrets management, and cloud-native identity patterns; proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional security initiatives; and strong communication skills. Preferred: familiarity with AI agent platforms, containerization/Kubernetes, scripting (PowerShell, Python), and industry certifications (CISSP, CCSP, cloud security).
