Role Summary

Accountable for pre-launch development and execution of US marketing strategies and initiatives to support the launch of amlitelimab for atopic dermatitis. Location: Cambridge, MA. 80% of responsibilities focus on US brand strategy development and launch preparation, working cross-functionally to deliver the launch execution plan and tactical strategy. Reports to Head of US Commercial, Amlitelimab.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate closely with Strategy & Marketing Operations, and with agency partners, to ensure appropriate planning, tracking and launch plan
  • Work with Sanofi Launch Excellence resources to optimize launch planning
  • Work closely with Commercial Excellence Leads to ensure generation of training and promotional materials, usage and tracking of branded tactics in field
  • Work with Commercial Excellence, Market Research and other teams to ensure continuity/tracking of progress and generate market insights
  • Address key insights and proactively identify customer needs to support development plans and establish amlitelimab as the future standard of care
  • Brand planning and strategic input into Phase 3 and launch preparations for atopic dermatitis, in tandem with the amlitelimab Global Marketing team
  • Work closely with Review Committees & Commercial Excellence Leads to ensure generation of training and promotional materials
  • Admin and agency management: manage budget allocation against the spending plan; update work-plans and project reports to support effective execution

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing or business
  • Required: 10+ years of pharmaceutical commercial/marketing experience
  • Preferred: Dermatology/Immunology experience (broad and varied)
  • Preferred: Advanced degree
  • Preferred: Competitive selling mindset
  • Preferred: Digital forward approach
  • Preferred: Ability to listen to and meet customers where they are

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing or business required; advanced degree preferred
