Territory Account Specialist (TAS) β€” field-based/remote supporting key accounts in an assigned geography.

Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and support patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge and cross-functional insight to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Leverage territory data and trends to generate pull-through and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex challenges.
- Provide real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similar complex sales environments) with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within last 5 years.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytics; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.

Requirements:
- Must reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border.
- Travel 60–80% across geography; valid driver’s license.

Desirable:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement and/or medical calling on HCPs.

Leveling (summary):
- Associate: 4+ years military leadership or limited sales experience (encouraged).
- TAS: 2+ years relevant sales; Senior: 5+; Executive: 10+.

Driving is essential.

Compensation/Benefits (US):
- Salary range: Associate $77,000–$143,000; TAS $93,800–$174,200; Senior $119,700–$222,300; Executive $132,300–$245,700.
- Performance-based cash incentive; possible annual equity (by level).

For field roles: initial training including home study up to 8 hrs/day and 40 hrs/week.
