Territory Account Specialist (TAS)

Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build a strategic territory plan aligning shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive insights and territory data to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Lead impactful customer engagements (virtual or in person) and deliver real-time access support with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions to solve complex challenges.
- Use digital tools and omnichannel strategies to personalize outreach and engage customers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare (or similarly complex sales environments) with geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years; Associate-level applicants may have limited sales experience.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytics; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
- Reside within the territory or within 50 miles of the border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.

Desirable:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services/market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.

Leveling (filled commensurate with experience):
- Associate: 4+ years military leadership or limited prior sales experience.
- Territory: 2+ years relevant complex sales in last 5 years.
- Senior: 5+ years relevant complex sales in last 5 years.
- Executive: 10+ years relevant complex sales in last 5 years.

Compensation/Benefits (US-based eligible employees):
- Performance cash incentive; possible annual equity awards (level-dependent).
- Comprehensive benefits (health, life, disability, 401(k) with match, time off).
- Salary range by level: Associate $77,000–$143,000; Territory $93,800–$174,200; Senior $119,700–$222,300; Executive $132,300–$245,700.
