Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market knowledge and territory data to identify opportunities, uncover local insights, and lead engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions to solve complex problems and coordinate across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and partner with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for a seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree (4-year).
- 5 yearsβ experience (pharma/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex industries) with geographically dispersed sales teams; associate level: limited prior sales experience acceptable.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Analytical, self-starter; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
- Reside in territory or within 50 miles of the border; travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic areas/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
Driving is essential.
Field role training: home study β€8 hours/day and β€40 hours/week.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary ranges by level (Associate $77,000β$143,000; TAS $93,800β$174,200; Senior $119,700β$222,300; Executive $132,300β$245,700).
