Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to align priorities and drive product demand.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Leverage territory data and trends to uncover local insights and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with stakeholders to address complex needs across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree required (4-year).
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare (or similarly complex fields) with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Analytical, ethical self-starter who can prioritize relevant information to meet customer needs.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license.
Desirable:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.

- Associate: military leadership 4+ years or limited prior sales experience.
- TAS: 2+ years relevant experience.
