Role: Neuroscience Sales Specialist supporting client engagement in the Seattle North to Lynwood area, focusing on brain health disorders such as MS, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and psychiatric conditions. Responsibilities: drive sales in the territory through client calls (in-person and virtual), develop strategic local business plans, optimize resource allocation, and ensure compliance. Maintain in-depth product and disease state knowledge for clinical dialogue with healthcare professionals, and manage administrative tasks including expense and sample reporting. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to meet or exceed sales targets and support the launch of neuropsychiatric treatments, notably within Intra-Cellular Therapies' portfolio. Requirements: Bachelorโ€™s degree; minimum 2 years healthcare or specialty pharma sales experience (preferably in neuroscience, antipsychotics, or bipolar); valid driverโ€™s license; strong patient-centric motivation; and adaptability to virtual/hybrid environments. Preferred skills include clinical knowledge, data analysis, strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and customer engagement. High-value specifics: focus on neuropsychiatric disorders, specialty pharmaceuticals, therapeutic indications in CNS, and experience with virtual sales modalities. The role involves some overnight travel and periodic corporate meetings. Work setup is field-based with flexible hours, including some outside regular schedule; domestic travel is anticipated.
