Neuroscience Sales Specialist (Portland East) – Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Role: Neuroscience Sales Specialist responsible for driving sales within the Portland East territory, including metro Portland and Vancouver, WA, supporting treatments for neuropsychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and depression, with a focus on the company’s expanding psychiatry portfolio. Responsibilities: meet or exceed sales targets by engaging healthcare professionals and mental health centers through in-person and virtual calls; develop and execute local strategic and tactical plans; manage budgets effectively; maintain strong product and disease state knowledge for clinical dialogue; collaborate with cross-functional teams; ensure compliance and accurate administrative reporting; adapt to evolving virtual engagement models. Requirements: minimum 2 years healthcare or specialty pharma sales experience; 3+ years preferred, especially in psychiatry, antipsychotics, or bipolar treatments; Bachelor’s degree; valid driver’s license; strong customer focus, integrity, and self-motivation; ability to analyze data, build relationships, and work flexible hours including some overnight travel. Preferred: familiarity with AI/tech tools, experience with digital engagement, and knowledge of neuroscience therapeutics.
