Role: Neuroscience Sales Specialist responsible for promoting Intra-Cellular Therapies' psychiatric products in Madison, WI, and Southwest WI. Primary objectives include achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and supporting mental health initiatives through ethical, compliant engagement with healthcare professionals and community centers.

Responsibilities: Drive territory sales by calling on providers in-person and virtually, utilizing budgets effectively, and developing strategic local business plans aligned with corporate goals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market dynamics and key influencers, share insights internally, and manage administrative tasks such as call data, expenses, and resource allocation. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years healthcare sales or related experience; 3+ years in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred, particularly in launch, antipsychotic, or bipolar markets. Bachelor’s degree required, valid driver’s license, and a strong desire to improve patient lives. Demonstrates high integrity, self-motivation, adaptability to virtual/telehealth settings, and data-driven performance analysis.
