Role: Senior Neuroscience Sales Specialist responsible for promoting Johnson & Johnson's neuroscience portfolio, including Spovato, across Lancaster, Reading, York, and Harrisburg, PA. Objectives: drive demand through clinical selling, product differentiation, and strategic customer engagement; achieve sales targets; develop territory coverage and business plans; and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: promote neuroscience therapies for conditions like multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, epilepsy, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and autism; utilize clinical data and approved studies to support product adoption; identify and develop opportunities across various care settings; implement analytics-driven strategies to maximize stakeholder access; ensure compliance with company policies and sales goals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; minimum five years of healthcare sales experience, with at least three years in neuroscience or related therapeutic areas; valid driver’s license; ability to travel up to 30%; demonstrated success in complex sales environments; problem-solving skills; domicile within or willingness to relocate to the assigned geography. Preferred: proven influence over healthcare stakeholders, specialty sales experience, understanding of neuroscience therapeutics, and familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI.
