Neuroscience Sales Representative (Seattle, WA) – Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Role: Neuroscience Sales Representative supporting clients in the Seattle, WA territory, including Tacoma, Lakewood, and Olympia, to promote Intra-Cellular Therapies' psychiatric products, notably CAPLYTA. Responsibilities: meet/exceed sales targets via in-person and virtual visits to primary care and specialized healthcare providers; develop deep product and disease state knowledge; craft strategic local business plans; educate clinicians on clinical evidence, indications, and safety profiles; manage budgets effectively; and build compliant, patient-centric relationships. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 1+ years of proven B2B sales success, preferably in pharma, biologics, or medical devices; experience with antipsychotics or bipolar disorder is a plus; valid driver’s license; strong communication and self-motivation skills; ability to adapt to virtual/telemedicine environments; willingness to travel domestically, including overnight. Preferred: interest in AI and emerging technologies.
