Role: Neuroscience Sales Representative supporting the Salt Lake City/Denver territory, responsible for achieving sales targets for Intra-Cellular Therapies’ neuropsychiatric products, including CAPLYTA, in an ethical and compliant manner. Responsibilities: engage healthcare professionals primarily in primary care, provide clinical and product education, develop local strategic plans, manage budgets, and foster customer relationships; collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to meet or exceed sales objectives; ensure accurate administrative reporting and compliance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 1+ years of B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical or medical device sales preferred, with a focus on neuroscience or mental health therapeutics (antipsychotics, bipolar disorder). High-value: neuroscience/psychiatry, neuropsychiatric disorders, adult medications, clinical dialogue, compliance, territory management, virtual engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. Work setup: travel required, including some overnight stays and corporate meetings; flexible hours.
