Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree; Advanced degree a plus.
  • Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with 4 years of Sales Management preferred.
  • Required: Candidates with fewer than 3 years of leadership experience may be considered for the Associate DSM position.
  • Required: Specialty experience preferred: CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar or depression; other specialty experience will be considered.
  • Required: Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain and develop a high-performing team of specialty sales representatives.
  • Required: Documented high performance of sales and leadership track record.
  • Required: Driver’s license and clean driving history.
  • Required: Ability to secure and maintain reasonable industry-standard credentialing requirements of healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments.
  • Required: Ability to build and sustain positive relationships.
  • Required: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
  • Required: Demonstrate strong analytical and business acumen.
  • Required: Must reside near major airport within the district.

  • Required: Ability to travel up to 75%.
