Education

  • Bachelor's Degree; Advanced degree a plus.

Qualifications

  • Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry with leadership experience; Driver’s license and clean driving history; Ability to secure and maintain credentialing requirements of healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments; Ability to build and sustain positive relationships; Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills; Demonstrate strong analytical and business acumen; Must reside near major airport within the district; Ability to maintain effectiveness and flexibility in an innovative work environment; Travel up to 75%.
  • Preferred: 4 years of Sales Management experience; Candidates with fewer than 3 years of leadership experience may be considered for an Associate DSM position; Specialty experience preferred (CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar or depression); Experience in small company and start-up environments.
