Access and Reimbursement Manager (ARM) – US Neuropsychiatry (Remote/Regional)

Responsibilities:
- Educate account stakeholders to facilitate patient access and reimbursement for postpartum depression (PPD) therapy.
- Train providers/office staff on script fulfillment: successful submission, routing to the proper pharmacy, prior authorization, and setting fulfillment expectations.
- Identify opportunities to improve fulfillment processes.
- Serve as SME for reimbursement, distribution options, and payer coverage determination (public/private), including coding and prior authorization.
- Coordinate with NAMs and internal teams (Trade, Payer, Patient Services) to resolve script fulfillment issues (e.g., specialty pharmacy/HUB/account access and reimbursement).
- Deliver virtual and in-person access/reimbursement presentations using payer trend and pharmacy benefit expertise.
- Provide technical and practical reimbursement guidance to prevent/resolve issues and support pull-through.

Qualifications (Required/Preferred):
- BA/BS required (Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Management, Marketing preferred).
- 7+ years access and reimbursement experience (field reimbursement, clinical education, or pharma account management), with emphasis on limited distribution networks and controlled substances.
- Strong understanding of reimbursement models (coding, coverage, payment), including Commercial and Medicaid.
- Advanced e-Prescribing and Prior Authorization expertise.
- Specialty Pharmacy, HUB and/or patient services model experience; financial assistance program experience.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills; proactive problem-solving; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Remote role with travel; virtual and in-person customer engagement.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated):
- Base salary: $170,000–$234,000.
- Benefits include medical/dental/vision/life, disability, 15+ days paid vacation, holidays, paid maternity/parental leave, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement (up to $10,000/year).
