Our Team, Your Impact
The Neuropsych Sales Specialist is responsible for significant sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions. Account-based selling, building/maintaining total office relationships, problem-solving, analytical skills, and business acumen to manage territory resources and align with organizational targets.

Essential Areas of Responsibility:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members and key external contacts (HCPs and entire office staff).
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff; provide product and patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships by tailoring solutions to unique needs and driving differentiation to achieve sales targets.
- Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to drive sales strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Maintain call average per sales plan with face-to-face interactions.
- Use traditional and nontraditional problem-solving to improve performance.
- Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals and complete administrative duties.

Your Skills and Experience
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferably related).
- At least 1 year full-time documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales strongly preferred.
- Must pass background, motor, and drug screening.
- Valid US driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Proven accomplishments in the market.
- Interpersonal skills; strong written and oral communication.
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology.
- Knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing.
- New product launch and broad therapeutic area experience.
- Role level: Sales Specialist (min 1 year) or Executive Sales Specialist (min 7 years).

Travel Requirements:
- Regular travel, including air and weekend/overnight travel.
