About The Role
- Responsible for a specific geographic territory and the successful promotion and growth of Neurocrine products.
- Manage and develop long-term relationships with physicians and other customers for targeted accounts; represent Neurocrine brand(s) and approved indications.
- Educate external customers (physicians, nurses, medical assistants, case managers, etc.) on product benefits.

Your Contributions
- Sales and Market Development
- Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management.
- Execute territory sales strategies via in-person and virtual communications to meet/exceed objectives.
- Identify and address territory opportunities/barriers; manage promotional resources and budget.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build/maintain relationships with healthcare providers (psychiatrists, neurologists, NPs, PAs), clinical staff (RNs, LPNs, PharmDs), key opinion leaders/advocacy groups, community mental health clinics/long-term care facilities, and local/regional payers/pharmacies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Communicate with internal partners including managed care, Marketing, Patient Access, Medical Science Liaisons, and medical communications.
- Professional Standards
- Uphold ethical standards, FDA guidelines, and industry best practices; demonstrate integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Work Expectations
- Maintain full field presence Monday–Friday; occasional evening/weekend events; other duties as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications
- BS/BA in science or related field + 4+ years commercial pharma/biotech or related experience (3+ years specialty pharmaceutical or LTC, Psychology, or Neurology sales highly desired). Close-door/specialty pharmacy distribution strongly preferred; psychiatry/neurology/antipsychotic experience strongly preferred. Experience with business systems/salesforce automation and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Veeva, etc.). OR Master’s in science/related field + 2+ years similar experience.
- Strong healthcare regulatory understanding; proven sales/lauch success; leadership and cross-functional teamwork.
- Strong computer skills; sales platforms/business intelligence proficiency; excellent project management.
- Excellent verbal/written communication; strong sales/account management; ability to navigate complex accounts.
- Should reside within assigned territory; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Compensation
- Annual base salary range: $123,100.00–$168,000.00 (plus quarterly incentive and equity-based long-term incentive).
