About the Role
- Responsible for a specific geographic territory and successful promotion and growth of Neurocrine products.
- Manage and develop long-term relationships with physicians and other customers for targeted accounts; represent Neurocrine brand(s) and approved indications.
- Educate external customers (e.g., physicians, nurses, medical assistants, case managers) on the benefits of product(s).

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to)
- Sales and Market Development: drive product acceptance/growth through targeted education and strategic account management; execute territory sales strategies (in-person/virtual) to meet/exceed objectives; identify and address territory opportunities/barriers; manage promotional resources and budget.
- Customer Relationship Management: build/maintain relationships with psychiatrists, neurologists, NPs/PAs; clinical staff (RNs, LPNs, PharmDs); key opinion leaders and advocacy groups; community mental health clinics/LTC facilities; local/regional payers and pharmacies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with managed care, Marketing, Patient Access, Medical Science Liaisons, and medical communications.
- Professional Standards: uphold ethical standards, including FDA guidelines and industry best practices; demonstrate integrity and compliance with company values.
- Work Expectations: full field presence Monday–Friday with flexibility for occasional evening/weekend events; other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- BS/BA in science or related field AND 4+ years commercial pharma/biotech experience (3+ years specialty pharmaceutical or LTC, Psychology, or Neurology sales highly desired); close-door/specialty pharmacy distribution strongly preferred; psychiatry/neurology/antipsychotic experience strongly preferred.
- OR Master’s degree in science or related field AND 2+ years similar experience.
- Knowledge of best practices; understanding of healthcare regulatory/enforcement environments; track record meeting/exceeding sales objectives and launch success.
- Computer skills; proficiency with business systems/sales platforms and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Veeva); strong project management.
- Excellent verbal/written communication; strong sales/account management; ability to navigate complex accounts.
- Reside within assigned territory; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Compensation (base)
- $123,100.00–$168,000.00 annually; eligibility for quarterly incentive compensation and equity-based long-term incentive program.
