What You’ll Do
- The Neuromuscular Account Manager is a high-impact field-based role responsible for patient-focused execution of product launches.
Responsibilities
- Meet and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing integrated account plans.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise for BBP-418 (scientific and clinical information).
- Use a customer-centric approach to engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales data to identify territory growth opportunities and areas of concern.
- Own territory business planning and execute key company initiatives.
- Follow company policies and applicable state and federal rules/regulations; uphold honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and accountability.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional teams to support customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain dynamic account plans by analyzing the business, competitive landscape, and territory market; build relationships with targeted KOLs.
- Navigate the account EMR process and develop strategies for successful product positioning and availability.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain strong proficiency in selling, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business environment.
- Collaborate with peers and company personnel to achieve corporate objectives.
- Plan and organize schedule for maximum efficiency.
- Represent the company professionally and act as an ambassador.
- Complete tasks/projects assigned by Sales Leadership.
- Ensure all activities follow regulations, compliance, and pharma guidelines.

Education, Experience & Skills Requirements
- 8+ years pharmaceutical industry experience; 5+ years in Rare Disease/Neurology markets preferred.
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required.
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize and execute on plan; influence without authority.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Strong skills using remote technology to engage customers.
- Adherence to high ethical standards.
- Significant travel required.
