What You’ll Do
- Neuromuscular Account Manager: high-impact, field-based role responsible for sustained product launch execution and treating patients with unmet needs.
Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory via integrated account plans and tactics.
- Demonstrate scientific/clinical subject-matter expertise for BBP-418.
- Use approved materials for customer-centric, clinically relevant discussions.
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and concerns.
- Own territory business planning and execution of key initiatives.
- Comply with company policies and applicable state/federal rules and Pharma guidelines.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, etc.) to support customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain KOL relationships; navigate EMR processes for product positioning/availability.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, maintain selling/professional proficiency, coordinate with peers, and complete Sales Leadership assignments.
- Plan/organize schedule for maximum efficiency; represent the company professionally.
Education/Experience/Skills (Required/Preferred)
- 8+ years pharma experience; 5+ years Rare Disease/Neurology preferred.
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, decision-making, problem-solving.
- Strong communication; ability to prioritize, influence without authority, and use remote technology; significant travel required.
