What You’ll Do
Neuromuscular Account Manager (field-based): patient-focused leader with strong business and clinical acumen to execute product launches with sustained excellence.
Responsibilities
- Meet and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing integrated account plans
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on scientific and clinical information for BBP-418
- Use a customer-centric approach to engage customers in clinically relevant discussion using approved materials
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth or areas of concern
- Own territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives
- Follow company policies/guidelines and applicable state and federal rules and regulations; demonstrate honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and accountability
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement dynamic account plans by analyzing business, competitive landscape, and territory market; build and maintain relationships with targeted KOLs and hospital/multidisciplinary center staff
- Navigate account EMR processes and develop strategies to ensure successful product positioning and availability
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions
- Maintain strong proficiency in selling skills, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business environment
- Collaborate to achieve corporate objectives and initiatives
- Plan and organize schedule for maximum efficiency
- Represent the company professionally as an ambassador with integrity and respect
- Complete tasks/projects assigned by Sales Leadership
- Ensure all activities follow applicable regulations, compliance, and Pharma guidelines

Education, Experience & Skills Requirements
- 8+ years in the pharmaceutical industry; 5+ years in Rare Disease/Neurology markets preferred
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required
- Product/indication launch experience in competitive markets
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving
- Ability to prioritize and execute on plan; influence without authority (internal/external)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent skills using remote technology to engage customers
- Adherence to high ethical standards
- Significant travel required
