What You’ll Do:
- Execute product launches with sustained excellence as a high-impact, field-based Neuromuscular Account Manager; act as patient champion and bring passion, urgency, and a get-it-done attitude to treating unmet needs.

Responsibilities:
- Meet and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory via integrated account plans (tactics and action steps).
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on scientific/clinical information for BBP-418.
- Use a customer-centric approach to engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and/or areas of concern in the territory.
- Own territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
- Follow company guidelines and perform responsibilities per company policies/procedures and applicable state/federal rules and regulations.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain dynamic account plans and professional relationships with targeted KOLs (physicians, medical staff, hospital personnel, multidisciplinary center staff).
- Navigate account EMR processes to ensure successful product positioning and availability.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions as needed.
- Maintain strong proficiency in selling skills, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business environment.
- Collaborate with peers/company personnel to achieve corporate objectives and initiatives.
- Plan and organize schedule for maximum efficiency.
- Represent the company, products, and people professionally, with integrity and respect.
- Complete tasks/projects assigned by Sales Leadership; ensure activities follow regulations/compliance/Pharma guidelines.

Education, Experience & Skills Requirements:
- 8+ years successful pharmaceutical industry experience; 5+ years Rare Disease/Neurology markets preferred.
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required.
- Track record launching new products and/or new indications in highly competitive markets.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize and execute on plan; influence without authority.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong skills using remote technology to engage customers.
- Adherence to high ethical standards.
- Significant travel required.
