What You’ll Do
Neuromuscular Account Manager (field-based): execute product launches with sustained excellence by being patient champions with exceptional business and clinical acumen.

Responsibilities
- Meet and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing integrated account plans.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on scientific and clinical information for BBP-418.
- Use a customer-centric approach and engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth or areas of concern.
- Own territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
- Perform responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable state and federal rules/regulations.
- Compliantly partner with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement account plans based on business/competitive/market analysis; build and maintain relationships with targeted KOLs and hospital/multi-disciplinary center personnel.
- Navigate account EMR processes to ensure successful product positioning and availability.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain strong proficiency in selling skills and clinical/market/product knowledge.
- Collaborate to achieve corporate objectives.
- Plan/organize schedule for efficient use of time.
- Represent the company professionally and with integrity.
- Complete tasks/projects assigned by Sales Leadership.

Education, Experience & Skills Requirements
- 8+ years pharmaceutical industry experience; 5+ years Rare Disease/Neurology markets preferred.
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required.
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning, organization, analytics, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize and execute; influence without authority.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Excellent remote technology skills.
- Adherence to high ethical standards.
- Significant travel required.

Salary (California)
- $155,000 - $210,000 USD.
