Responsibilities:
- Meet and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing integrated account plans with specific tactics and action steps.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise concerning scientific and clinical information for BBP-418.
- Use a customer-centric approach and engage customers in clinically relevant discussion using approved materials.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for business growth or areas of concern in the territory.
- Own territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
- Perform responsibilities in accordance with company policies/procedures and applicable state and federal rules and regulations.
- Compliantly partner with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional team members to drive customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain dynamic account plans; build and sustain relationships with targeted KOLs (physicians, medical staff, hospital personnel, multidisciplinary center staff).
- Navigate the account EMR process and develop strategies to ensure successful product positioning and availability.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities as needed, and develop solutions.
- Maintain strong selling skills and deep clinical/market/product knowledge.
- Collaborate with peers to ensure corporate objectives are achieved.
- Plan and organize schedules for maximum efficiency.
- Represent the company professionally and act as an ambassador.
- Complete tasks/projects assigned by Sales Leadership.
- Ensure all activities follow applicable regulations, compliance, and Pharma guidelines.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- 8+ years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- 5+ years in Rare Disease/Neurology markets (preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience with a track record of launching products/indications in competitive markets.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute on plan.
- Proven leadership/accountability.
- Ability to influence without authority (internally and externally).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong remote technology skills for customer engagement.
- Adherence to high ethical standards.
- Significant travel required.

Salary (California):
- $155,000 - $210,000 USD.
