What You’ll Do
The Neuromuscular Account Manager is a high-impact field-based position responsible for executing product launches with sustained excellence and acting as a patient champion for unmet needs.

Responsibilities
- Meet and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing integrated account plans
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise concerning scientific and clinical information for BBP-418
- Use a customer-centric approach and engage customers in clinically relevant discussion using approved materials
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for business growth or areas of concern
- Lead territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives
- Follow company policies and procedures and applicable state and federal rules and regulations
- Compliantly partner with cross-functional teams (Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, etc.) to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain dynamic account plans; build and maintain professional relationships with targeted KOLs and key hospital personnel
- Navigate the account EMR process to support successful product positioning and availability
- Anticipate business challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions
- Maintain high proficiency in selling skills, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business environment
- Collaborate with peers to achieve corporate objectives and initiatives
- Plan and organize schedule to maximize efficiency and time
- Represent the company professionally and act as an ambassador
- Complete tasks/projects assigned by Sales Leadership
- Ensure all activities comply with regulations, compliance, and Pharma guidelines

Education, Experience & Skills Requirements
- 8+ years pharmaceutical industry experience; 5+ years in Rare Disease/Neurology markets preferred
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred (not required)
- Product/indication launch experience in competitive markets
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving
- Ability to prioritize and execute on plan; ability to influence without authority
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent skills using remote technology to engage customers
- Adherence to high ethical standards
- Significant travel required

Salary
- $155,000 - $210,000 USD (anticipated; location-dependent)
