What You’ll Do
- Execute product launches with sustained excellence as a high-impact field-based Neuromuscular Account Manager, serving as patient champions with strong business and clinical acumen.
Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing integrated account plans.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise for BBP-418 (scientific and clinical information).
- Use a customer-centric approach to engage customers in clinically relevant discussion using approved materials.
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas of concern.
- Own territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
- Follow company policies/procedures and applicable state and federal rules and regulations.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement dynamic account plans; analyze business, competition, and territory market; build/maintain relationships with targeted KOLs (physicians, medical staff, hospital personnel, multidisciplinary centers).
- Navigate the account EMR process and implement strategies for successful product positioning and availability.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions as needed.
- Maintain strong selling skills and clinical/market/product knowledge.
- Collaborate with peers to achieve corporate objectives.
- Plan and organize schedule for maximum efficiency.
- Represent the company professionally and act as an ambassador.
- Complete tasks/projects assigned by Sales Leadership.
- Ensure activities follow applicable regulations, compliance, and Pharma guidelines.

Education, Experience & Skills Requirements
- 8+ years in the pharmaceutical industry; 5+ years in Rare Disease/Neurology markets preferred.
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required.
- Product/indication launch experience in competitive markets.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize and execute on plan; influence without authority.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Strong remote technology skills for customer engagement.
- Adherence to high ethical standards.
- Significant travel required.
