What You’ll Do
The Neuromuscular Account Manager is a high-impact field-based position responsible for executing product launches with sustained excellence in assigned territory.

Responsibilities
- Meet and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing integrated account plans.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise in scientific and clinical information for BBP-418.
- Apply a customer-centric approach and engage customers in clinically relevant discussion using approved materials.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth or areas of concern.
- Own territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
- Follow company policies and applicable state and federal rules and regulations; demonstrate honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and accountability.
- Compliantly partner with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain dynamic account plans; build relationships with targeted KOLs and healthcare personnel.
- Navigate the account EMR process to ensure successful product positioning and availability.
- Anticipate business challenges, adjust priorities as needed, and develop solutions.
- Maintain strong selling skills and clinical/market/product knowledge.
- Collaborate with peers to achieve corporate objectives.
- Plan and organize schedule for maximum efficiency.
- Represent the company professionally and act as an ambassador.
- Complete tasks/projects assigned by Sales Leadership.
- Ensure activities follow applicable regulations, compliance, and Pharma guidelines.

Education, Experience & Skills Requirements
- 8+ years pharmaceutical industry experience; 5+ years in Rare Disease/Neurology markets preferred.
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred (not required).
- Product/indication launch experience in competitive markets.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize and execute on plan.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Excellent remote technology skills for engaging customers.
- Adherence to high ethical standards.
- Significant travel required.
